Summary
Our cancellation and refund policy applies exclusively to excursions purchased through this website.
A refund may be requested in the following cases:
Up to 7 days before the reserved date, without the need for justification.
In case of adverse weather forecast for the day of the excursion (heavy rain, storm, etc.), provided that notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
No refunds will be issued if:
Cancellation is requested less than 7 days in advance and there is no adverse weather forecast.
The client does not show up on the day of the excursion (no-show).
Bad weather has not been officially forecast or does not prevent the safe execution of the activity.
To request a refund, you will need to:
Present proof of purchase or reservation number.

In case of bad weather, please attach a screenshot or link to the official local weather forecast (e.g., AEMET or equivalent).
Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, we'll process the refund back to your card or original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment platform, the refund may take a few days to appear.
Date changes
You can also request a date change at no additional cost up to 24 hours before the excursion, subject to availability.
